1. Is my personal information safe?

Security is our top priority at Softball Spot. We use the most advanced techniques to protect your financial information and personal data, including technical, administrative and even physical safeguards against unauthorized access, misuse and improper disclosure.

We hate spam too. And would NEVER sell, trade or abuse it your personal info in any way. You can find more detailed information by checking our Newsletter FAQ and Privacy Policy.

2. I don't want to use my credit card online. Is there another option?

No problem! You can pay for any program by sending us a direct payment via Paypal. United States residents can also pay by mailing us a check. Just contact us, and include the name of the program you want to purchase, and we'll provide instructions to pay by Paypal or mail.

3. I want to purchase a program for a large group or team. Can you offer a discount?

Absolutely! We offer significant discounts for teams, leagues and groups. Here is the discount schedule:

  • 2-5 user accounts - 10% off regular price
  • 6-10 user accounts - 15% off regular price
  • 10-25 user accounts  - 20% off regular price
  • 26-50 user accounts  - 30% off regular price
  • 50+ user accounts - 40% off regular price

Group purchases can be completed by mail-in check or by Paypal. To get started, contact us, include the name of the program(s) you would like to purchase, and the number of user accounts that will be required.

4. Why doesn't my credit card work?

There are a number of reasons why your credit card may not be working on our site. You could have reached your credit limit, or maybe you made an error entering your credit card information.

If your credit card is not working, we suggest you do the following things:

  • Try using an alternate credit card if you can
  • Try using a different browser. We recommend Google Chrome or Firefox.
  • Contact your credit Card company to verify if there are any issues with your card.
  • Contact us to learn how to pay using PayPal or by mailing a check

6. Are you shipping me DVDs or Physical Books?

All of our books and videos are digital products, which gives you the following advantages:

  • You get instant access to your programs as soon as you complete your purchase - no waiting for anything to show up in the mail!
  • You don't have to pay any shipping or handling fees
  • The earth thanks you 🙂

We do not ship any DVDs or physical books.

If you need to have a physical copy of an eBook, you have our permission to print up to three (3) copies for the personal use of your coaching staff or team. Per our copyright agreement, you may not post any of our eBooks or videos to the Internet, or share them via email or social media.

7. Is there a time frame to access my material?

Once you purchase a program, you have access for life. The materials never expire, so you have the freedom to go through the eBook or Videos at your own pace.

You can login from anywhere in the world with an Internet connection, at any time of the day or night.

8. What is your refund policy?

We understand that sometimes your circumstances change. You're no longer coaching, or you no longer need a specific resource. Or sometimes, you just bought something by mistake!

That's why all of our digital products are covered by a 60 day, no questions asked money back guarantee. If you're not happy for any reason, just contact us, include the name of the program, your purchase email address and order receipt number, and we'll process your refund within right away.

We'll write back to confirm your refund is being processed, and the funds should be returned to your account within 2-4 business days.
