1. How do I access my Softball Spot Tutorials account?
It's super-easy. Just go to the login page, enter your email address and password, and hit the Login Now button.
You'll be directed inside your Softball Spot account, where you can access the programs you have purchased.
Immediately after purchase, we automatically send an email to you from Coach Becky Wittenburg with the subject line "Thanks for Purchasing..."
Go check your inbox for that email now. Make sure you check the same email address you used during purchase.
If you don't see it, try searching for it using "Coach Becky Wittenburg" as your search term. Also check your Spam or Promotions folder to see if it went there by accident.
Still no luck? Go to the forgot password page, enter your email address and hit Send Password, and we'll send you instructions to reset your login credentials.
If none of that seems to be working you can use the Live Chat button on this page (during business hours) or contact us and we'll manually reset the password for you.
If you're able to login to your account, but don't see the products you've purchased, here's what to do:
1. Locate your order receipt from your email inbox
2. Use the Live Chat box or send us an email. Make sure you include your order receipt info, and the email address used to make the purchase
3. We'll get back to you within one business day and make sure your account is all set
