eBook Help

1. Do I need any special software to access an eBook?

If your computer is less than 5 years old, you probably have everything that you need, pre-installed on your machine.

But if you're having any problems accessing an eBook, here are a few downloads you may need.

We recommend using the latest version of the Google Chrome or Firefox browsers (both are free).

All eBooks are in PDF format. If you're having trouble opening the file, you may need to install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat reader (free).

2. How do I download an eBook to my computer?

It's easy. Just navigate to the page for the eBook you want to download, then right-click (or Ctrl+Click for Mac users) on the file name.

If you're using Chrome:

Select  “Save Link As” and save the file to your desktop.

If you're using Firefox:

Select “Save Link As” and save the file to your desktop.

If you're using Safari:

Select “Download Linked File As” and save the file to your desktop.

If you're using Internet Explorer:

Select “Save Target As” and save the file to your desktop.

3. How do I download an eBook to my smartphone or tablet?

All of our eBooks can be easily saved to your smartphone or tablet, so you can bring the information with you wherever you need it!

The process is slightly different, depending on what type of device you are using.

Save an eBook to your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch using iBooks

  1. Make sure you have a copy of the iBooks app installed (it comes pre-installed on iOS8+).
  2. Tap the download link and open the PDF file. In the top right corner, tap the "Open in iBooks" link to save the file to your device.

Save an eBook to your Android device

  1. Simply long-press the download link and choose the Save Link command from the menu that appears.
  2. You can view the saved file by using the Downloads app.

4. How do I download an eBook to my eReader device?

You can also save any eBook to an eReader device, like a Kindle or Nook.

  1. Save the file to your computer's desktop and locate it.
  2. Connect the eReader to your computer via USB cable. It should appear in your file browser (such as Finder on Mac or Explorer on Windows) as if you attached an external USB drive.
  3. Locate the "documents" folder within the eReader. You can do this within your file browser by opening the Kindle icon/folder and then navigating to the "documents" folder.
  4. Drag and drop the file from the original location to the eReader's "documents" folder.

5. Can I share this with my coaching staff?

If you need extra copies of an eBook, you have our permission to print up to three (3) copies for the personal use of your coaching staff or team.

Per our copyright agreement, you may not post any of our eBooks or videos to the Internet, or share them via email or social media.
